Skilled NursingPeritoneal DialysisWe provide Peritoneal Dialysis at our facility using the latest equipment and techniques, coordinated by the patient’s nephrologist. Since patients don’t have to leave Woodcrest, their comfort level is maintained and they can continue their regular activities. Also, risk of complications, such as infection, is minimized. HemodialysisHemodialysis can be provided at nearby dialysis centers by arrangement. Our facility coordinates the patient’s care with the dialysis center and monitors all aspects of his or her progress, with special emphasis on nutrition. Comatose and Traumatic Brain Injury CareWe care for patients with traumatic brain injuries, as well as those in a comatose or semi-comatose state. Consultations by a neuro-psychologist as well as medical specialists are provided.
